As a top producer in Solano County since 2017, Mike Martin uses exceptional communication skills and rock-solid ethics to deliver his clients meaningful experiences where their needs are always given priority. Relational to his core, Mike builds lasting connections with his clients, who also benefit from his expertise as a licensed general contractor when it comes to projecting timelines and costs for their prospective home projects. Beyond seeing a home’s potential, Mike’s four years working in the title and escrow field help him proactively address issues pertaining to closing. This gives his clients the fastest, smoothest experience possible — because efficient and gratifying service is Mike’s No. 1 goal.
 
Mike has a genuine love of helping people realize their real estate dreams. His integrity, passion, and commitment to each client translate to improved lives. He recognizes the profound impact of homebuying and continually exceeds client expectations by taking the long view, finding clever solutions to even the most complex situations. Before his real estate career, Mike spent 10 years investing personally. So while he has helped hundreds of clients relocate in and out of the Solano County area, Mike also excels at assisting those focused on investing or otherwise creating wealth through real estate.
 
When he’s not helping clients build their futures, Mike dedicates time to bettering his community by working to serve his church, Habitat for Humanity, and the local chamber of commerce. He has sat on his children’s school’s site council and has served as the PTO vice president. He and his wife, Alexandra, enjoy outdoor recreational sports in their spare time, including hiking, camping, and snowboarding.
